No Surprises Expense Policy

Jim doesn't require a set amount for an honorarium because he knows organizations have different abilities.  He will do his best job when he comes to speak and he asks that you do your best job in compensating him.

To ensure that Jim doesn't incur out of pocket expenses, or that you don't get a request for reimbursement that you weren't expecting, we request the following: 
 

Hospitality

You will take care of meals, transportation costs and lodging while Jim is with you. 
 

Travel

Jim asks that you  take care of airfare, parking (Jim travels coach or on discount airlines) and reimburse him for transportation to and from the airport and meals at the allowable IRS mileage and per diem rate. 

If the event is within driving distance, Jim asks that you reimburse him for mileage and meals at the allowable IRS mileage and per diem rate. 

Please communicate with us upfront if you cannot or choose not to comply with this policy.
